Just scratching the surface of Disney complex we found a list of
things that to say the less they are not nice to the guests or employees. If we go
ahead in this road and dig deeper for sure we will find much, much more. So far, due
the fact that Disney is a myth, those wrongdoings are not affecting their profits.
Guests and employees are just bending over and taking all crap from them. The
question is: For how long can they take all that crap? The moment they realize they
deserve better treatment the attendance will go down and the shareholders profits
also. This web space intend to hear both opinions: from Disney staff and guests,

They admit much more guest than the
projected capacity of the theme parks mainly in Magic
Kingdom;
The prices there are to expensive,
beginning with the entrance pass, the food, drinks, strollers
rent,etc.
The employees are underpaid and due that
many of them are rude to the guests and to try to get some money they work too many
hours compromising safety;
New employees are not properly trained
and even though they put them to work immediately;
The rides are dirty, filthy if you pay
attention. They do not clean them up properly to save money with custodians
people;
The managers use to carry a picker to
help collect garbage! Disney save on housekeepers using manager and employees to do
their jobs;
Employees hired to work in attractions
are also used to sweep, wipe down the park, to collect garbage, to empty trash
cans, etc.;
Guests wait too much time in the lines to
ride attractions because the over attendance and because they issue too many fast
passes for an hour.
Many guests are not aware of the fast
pass policy and pay for this standing long time in
lines.;
They do not display good signs telling
the guests where to park the strollers;
They do not provide strollers parking
lots with roof. So when it rains the strollers get drenched. To prevent that the
guests must buy from them a rain gear for the strollers!
Many times they are understaffed and the
guests pays for that also not getting food at the time they
want;
Instead of helping employees selling them
food subsidized they sell at market prices.
If the employees clock in late they are
punished. However when they clock out late nothing happen to Disney. This happens
all the time because there are employees playing with the others bump out and
Disney do not care.
There is no consistency in their policy
toward disable people: Some get a card that allow them go straight to the fast pass
line and others don`t. And both are in a wheelchair!
When employees, during meetings try to
rise those problems the managers just stop them with ready made
answers.
This is the other side of Disney that
sooner or later will affect this giant of entertainment and of course
shareholders!
